Sun Devil Athletics supports Arizona State University’s overall mission to provide its students with the resources needed to succeed after leaving the University. Because many of our student-athletes may have the opportunity to pursue careers in professional athletics, SDA is committed to providing those student-athletes with the information and other resources that will assist them in making decisions regarding their potential professional opportunities. We are equally committed to protecting our student-athletes as well as our institutional interests from impermissible or even unlawful practices of advisors/agents seeking to represent Sun Devil student-athletes. Accordingly, in an attempt to ensure adherence to Arizona law as well as NCAA, professional league, and players’ association legislation, the Compliance Office has developed policies and programs to aid its student-athletes in the agent selection process.
